There are some sufferers who have tried to drink as less as you can everyday to stop the hyperhidrosis sweating.

Please do not do that because it is not going to work and maybe you have passed out by then too. For those who have tried, their sweat has become thicker (milky) as their body fluid level is very extremely low.

Another problem with Hyperhidrosis is the risk of dehydration.

All that 20 hours of sweating has to come from somewhere.

I found out that when you drink more water you give your body a shot of your ultimate goal of trying to stop sweating so much. one of the main reasons we sweat is to get rid of the build up daily toxins that are in our bodies. Drinking water not only helps you stop sweating but it also helps with weight control, skin complexion, bowel movements, helps to keep you alert.
